Project Type/Area: Business Intelligence

Led the design and delivery of Business Intelligence capability improvements for a large hospitality client within their Finance, Operations and Digital space. Managed the communication and engagement process with project stakeholders, and effectively managed third party supplier relationships and resources to track progress to plan.
Results: Improved process efficiencies across the organisation including staff teams’ ability to self-serve data, measure customer responsiveness, and reacting to change in demand across the Client’s hospitality brands.
